About The Position

We are seeking a seasoned Administrative Director of Emergency Services to provide strategic, operational, and clinical leadership across a multi-site emergency services network in the Pensacola, Florida region. This role has enterprise-level accountability for emergency department performance, patient throughput, quality outcomes, workforce engagement, and financial stewardship. The Director partners closely with executive leadership and physicians to ensure emergency services are positioned for sustainable growth, operational excellence, and exceptional patient care. This opportunity is ideal for an Emergency Services leader with recent Director-level acute care experience, preferably including oversight of freestanding emergency departments or multi-site operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of recent Director-level Emergency Services experience in an acute care setting
  • Demonstrated success leading complex emergency department operations

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Master’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
  • Experience overseeing freestanding emergency departments or multi-site ED operations

  • Ensure effective labor management, productivity oversight, and premium pay control
