Using a highly trained concierge team, we monitor the relationship between buyers, agents and financing personnel to ensure that certain milestones are being achieved and that the overall experience is an enjoyable one. We are currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator to work at our head office in Reston, VA. Summary The GHS (Guidance Home Services) Administrative Coordinator provides experienced administrative and operational support to the Vice President by independently managing routine tracking, reporting, coordination, and follow-up activities. This role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across GHS performance tracking, commissions, expenses, and team coordination, while escalating issues and trends for leadership review.
