Job Overview: This position plays a critical role in ensuring the effective functioning of the Business Council by managing communications, coordinating meetings, overseeing licensing operations, and providing logistical and operational support for a variety of programs, events, and initiatives. Provide concierge-level support and accurate information to Community members, staff, and guests. Assist with inquiries, forms, applications (including Indian Child Welfare Act forms), and issue resolution in a professional and courteous manner.
