Administrative Coordinator – Empire Home Infusion Service is a nonprofit local home infusion pharmacy provider, proudly serving the greater Capital Region for 33 years. Our office is located at 10 Blacksmith Drive in Malta. We have an opportunity for an individual to join our team who enjoys a fast paced, team based work environment and is interested in learning new skills. A thorough orientation will be provided. Provides general support to the pharmacy and delivery teams, coordinates with our outsource billing and insurance verification vendor, and provides overall administrative support for the EHIS pharmacy. Ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to utilize/learn a range of software programs (Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, and our electronic medical record system.
