About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Coordinator who will provide exceptional front desk and over-the-phone customer service to tow drivers, auto auction customers, individual customers for insurance purposes, and anyone looking to salvage their car. The successful candidate will also manage data entry tasks, including inputting car information into the system, filing, and other administrative paperwork.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience with inbound call handling
  • Proficiency in data entry
  • Ability to provide administrative support
  • High School Diploma

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent front desk customer service and handle incoming calls.
  • Assist tow drivers, auto auction customers, and individual customers with insurance and car salvage inquiries.
  • Enter car information into the system accurately.
  • Perform filing and data entry tasks efficiently.
  • Support administrative operations by handling paperwork and documentation.
