Under the direction of the Controller & Director of Accounting, the Administrative Coordinator is responsible for broad overarching support for the Member Services, Facilities, Staff Resources and Finance Departments. This role supports the day-to-day responsibilities of USEF with administrative duties including, but not limited to, providing incoming/outgoing mail support, managing general office supplies, proofreading department communications, managing overall department schedules, supporting special projects and initiatives, front desk/reception coverage and the processing of invoices and payments.
