About The Position

KI is searching for an Administrative Coordinator to join our Sales Operations/Pallas Textiles Team at our Corporate Office in Green Bay, WI! Pallas is KI’s textile division that offers a range of upholsteries, vertical/panel fabrics, privacy curtains and more! Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to assist the Pallas Vice President, Sales Operations Manager and Pallas Operations team in daily functions for the Pallas brand. Support new product development, sales and operations duties. Update and maintain department documents Work on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting Update and maintain Pallas part numbers Manage Pallas web portal to include facilitating and maintaining updates and changes with marketing and the communications department. Database management which includes updating and maintaining large order projects in CRM system (Salesforce). Provide back-up support for the Order Entry team during peak sales periods and vacations. What you Need to Succeed: Administrative professional associate’s degree or a degree in a related field, or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant role is preferred. The hourly rate for this role will be based on candidate’s experience, qualifications, and/or education, with the salary range starting at $19/hour.
