The Administrative Coordinator provides high-level administrative support to a department manager, including coordination and assistance for programs, boards, or committees overseen by the Court Administrator’s Office. This role involves frequent interaction with internal staff across divisions as well as external stakeholders. Work is performed under the general supervision of an administrative superior, with a significant degree of collaboration and independent judgment required in day-to-day activities. Responsibilities are primarily assistive in nature, focused on enhancing the effectiveness and capacity of professional and managerial staff, including attorneys.
