About The Position

The Administrative Coordinator will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Extermination Department. Key responsibilities include scheduling appointments, conducting technical research to aid Extermination Services, coordinating work orders, and ensuring compliance by staying updated on regulatory agency codes and managing necessary reports and filings. The role requires a proactive individual capable of working in a fast-paced, multi-team environment with strong organizational and communication skills.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ administrative experience in a fast-paced, multi-team environment
  • Proven ability to meet critical deadlines
  • Ability to work under pressure with limited supervision
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially MS Word and MS Excel)
  • Proficiency in using various outlets to conduct research for corporate initiatives
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Drug screening, as permitted by, and consistent with, applicable law.
