Corteva Agriscience is seeking an innovative, enthusiastic, and collaborative Administrative Coordinator to join our Biotechnology team. As a member of the Biotech organization, the Administrative Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day administrative support of the leadership team. This role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and builds strong working relationships across the organization.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting leadership in a corporate administrative role.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Ability to manage competing objectives and deadlines with minimal guidance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive efficiency and effectiveness across work activities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including Microsoft Teams and Forms.
  • Experience with meeting and event coordination.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to support innovative thinking.
  • Effective time-management and ability to work under pressure.
  • Positive attitude with a continuous learning mindset.
  • High level of self-initiative and accountability.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to members of the Biotech Leadership Team and other team members, as needed.
  • Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and requests.
  • Manage assigned leaders’ calendars and meeting schedules.
  • Organize individual, team, and functional meetings, including event planning as needed.
  • Support leadership meetings, including planning, scheduling, presentations, note-taking, and follow-up actions.
  • Support interviewing and onboarding activities for assigned leaders and groups, including I-9 coordination.
  • Coordinate travel logistics and bookings, including visa support as needed.
  • Support purchase orders, invoices, and expense processing.
  • Provide guidance on process and protocol improvements to enhance team effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Coordinate communications with internal and external stakeholders, as appropriate.
  • Prepare spreadsheets, presentations, documents, and other materials to support the group.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for navigating Corteva resources, including IT, HR, and Facilities.
  • Lead and support ad-hoc projects and activities.
