About The Position

Mayvin is seeking an organized Program Analyst I to support U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) Protective Service Details by managing mission schedules, staffing, and leadership briefings in accordance with guidelines. The role coordinates travel and lodging, maintains operational records and reports, and liaises with districts, divisions, and vendors. The coordinator also provides administrative and logistical support during deployments, training events, and conferences. Must be a US Citizen. Must be able to pass a background Investigation (BI)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • One (1) year of demonstrated experience coordinating complex schedules, mission staffing, or operational logistics with strict deadlines.
  • One (1) year of experience arranging official travel, lodging, and per diem in accordance with federal travel regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of reports, briefing materials, and official correspondence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience maintaining tracking systems or databases.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and coordinate effectively with senior leadership and external partners.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must be able to pass a background Investigation (BI)

  • Experience supporting law enforcement, protective operations, military, or high-tempo operational environments.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, schedule, and maintain calendars for Protective Service Details and program activities.
  • Schedule meetings, briefings, and operational activities for leadership
  • Liaison with hotels for reduced rates for protective service details
  • Coordinated travel arrangements, including transportation, lodging, and per diem requirements for individuals staffed on protective service details.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and briefing materials
  • Assist in maintaining operational tracking systems, databases, and logs
  • Provide administrative assistance during operational deployments, training events, and conferences.
