Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years administrative work in a professional setting
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in basic computer and office applications
  • High school diploma (associate degree preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for families and visitors, providing outstanding customer service.
  • Manage the administrative details for each client family, ensuring smooth operations in a busy office.
  • Assist funeral directors with memorial items such as register books, service folders, and tribute videos.
  • Coordinate chapel resources, manage accounts, assist with accounts payable and receivable, process orders, and handle other administrative tasks that keep our operations running smoothly.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to dignity and respect.
