We're currently seeking a full time Administrative Coordinator to the Executive Assistant This person will work at our corporate headquarters in Piscataway, NJ You will work directly for the Executive Assistant to the CEO Job Summary: The Administrative Coordinator will support the Executive Office by partnering closely with the Executive Assistant to the CEO. This role is focused on providing high-quality administrative support, including drafting correspondence, managing document flow, reconciling expenses, and preparing materials for executive review and approval. Responsibilities also include maintaining task lists and agendas, tracking follow-ups, and coordinating communication across departments. By handling these essential day-to-day functions, this position enables the Executive Assistant to remain focused on strategic, high-impact priorities. Competitive salary, typically ranging from $50,000–$60,000 annually, based on experience.
