We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Administrative Coordinator II to provide critical support to the Office of the Vice President for Research and related initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong administrative experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to exercise sound judgment on matters of significance. In addition to a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and at least three years in office administration, preferred qualifications include event coordination expertise, outstanding customer service, and proficiency in calendar management. Success in this role requires advanced knowledge of office software, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a professional, collaborative approach when engaging with stakeholders.
