About The Position

The primary purpose of the Administrative Coordinator II Confidential position is to provide high level, confidential administrative support to the Chief Compliance Officer in the University Hospital Office of Ethics and Compliance, as well as the Director of Internal Audit in the office of Internal Audit.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree plus one (1) year of administrative experience in: Government agency University setting Large business office
  • Responsibilities include: Office management Preparation of reports
  • Equivalent experience, education, and/or training may be substituted for the education requirement
  • Must be proficient in computer applications as required by the department

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership.
  • Ensure confidentiality in all tasks and communications.
  • Support the Chief Compliance Officer in the Office of Ethics and Compliance.
  • Assist the Director of Internal Audit in the Office of Internal Audit.
