About The Position

We are seeking a versatile and highly motivated professional to join our team in a multifaceted administrative role that supports critical functions across procurement, human resources, and marketing. This position combines responsibilities in vendor and purchasing coordination, faculty appointment processing, and social media content management for multiple divisions within our healthcare education programs. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to workflow management, along with strong communication abilities and the creativity to engage diverse audiences across digital platforms. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the operational excellence and public presence of a dynamic academic institution. Our team is looking to hire a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Coordinator to support the daily operations of the Clinical Sciences department as needed. Assisting with potential scheduling, communications, and the gathering of documentation to ensure efficient functioning within the unit.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma and four years relevant experience in business management, public administration or administrative services; or a bachelor's degree and two years experience in business management, public administration or administrative services.

Responsibilities

  • Support faculty and staff onboarding and appointment processes, including collecting paperwork, initiating communications, drafting teaching agreements, processing appointment requests, and coordinating orientation activities.
  • Manage purchase requests, create new vendors within the system, accurately enter receipts for all purchases, and submit supplier invoice requests.
  • Manage and produce engaging content across major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok) for seven divisions, including content creation, scheduling, analytics reporting, and maintaining a cohesive brand voice.
