About The Position

Independent Living Choices is looking for a full-time administrative assistant for our Sioux Falls office. Position Overview: ILC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role will requires exceptional multitasking abilities. You will be responsible for managing incoming calls while handling a variety of administrative duties. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, maintain focus and accuracy under pressure, and demonstrate strong prioritization skills.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment while providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry.
  • Must have professional phone etiquette.
  • Ability to maintain organization of their workspace.
  • Must be able to complete tasks in a timely manner while adapting to changing demands.

Nice To Haves

  • Applicants that have PC skills, experience with a phone systems, inventory, spreadsheets, and documentation is preferred.

Benefits
