As an Administrative Business Partner, you're at the heart of your team's business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Google products and services. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions. The Cloud Vendor Management Offices (VMO) builds strategic partnerships that enable business success and catalyze growth. We are transforming vendor engagement into partnerships and a co-creation engine towards being an AI driven enterprise solving complex business problems through strategic partnerships, governance and AI enabled innovation. You will have a compelling opportunity to influence the future of Cloud vendor relations and advocate the AI-led evolution of vendor operations. You will provide functional support to assist teams.

Requirements

  • 3 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in enterprise productivity workspace (e.g., Google Workspace) and passion for using AI tools to automate routine administrative tasks.
  • Experience managing travel and calendaring across multiple time zones.
  • Familiarity with Vendor Management Offices (VMO) or managed services models.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and manage engaged priorities, with effective attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with executive-level leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, ensuring leadership time is aligned with VMO priorities and vendor governance cycles.
  • Execute high-volume, international travel booking and expense management.
  • Lead the planning and budgeting for team events, off-sites, and vendor summits, ensuring high-impact delivery within financial constraints.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Draft high-quality correspondence and presentations that reflect the VMO’s strategic insight.
  • Support the execution of time-sensitive projects, from tracking vendor performance milestones to assisting in the rollout of new AI-driven workflow tools.
