Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in project management, event planning or program management.

Nice To Haves

  • 3 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative business partnership and support for leaders in Global Server Operations (GSO) and Data Center Operations (DCOps).
  • Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks (manage calendars, event planning, create expense reports, etc.).
  • Be the heart of the team and help drive culture, connection, and fun and an active contributor to the broader Administrative Business Partner community.
  • Be an engaged collaborator and team player, willing to lean in where needed in support of the whole team.
  • Learn quickly, multitask, and be calm and flexible working in a fast-paced environment.
