Requirements

  • 3 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).

Nice To Haves

  • 6 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to automate tasks and administrative workflows and optimize project management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive and team calendars, including scheduling and updating events and preparing meetings with limited guidance.
  • Oversee expense management activities with limited guidance.
  • Assess and advocate for office space needs with guidance.
  • Co-ordinate internal and external programs and events, managing logistics in partnership with internal partners and external vendors.
  • Execute travel co-ordination tasks with limited guidance.
