The Administrative Assistant (AA) is responsible for organizing and supervising all the administrative functions that facilitate the timeliness/ accuracy of activities and deadlines in providing support to the Quality Assurance\Improvement staff as needed. The AA must have the necessary leadership skills to work effectively with management, staff, individuals, donors and volunteers. Within established parameters, perform repetitive clerical and administrative tasks related to the Quality Assurance Team meetings. Maintains tracking system to assure recommendations of the Quality Assurance Team are implemented within established timeframes. Maintains evidence file of Quality Assurance Team meetings.
