About The Position

Our busy inspection area requires an organized and efficient Admin Associate who will be responsible for ensuring the quality of process and product within the assigned functional area.

Requirements

  • Read, reference and interpret complex written and verbal instructions; always following established standard procedures.
  • Maintain established output levels and quality standards.
  • Recognize and report any irregularities as to fits, defective parts, finishes, work techniques and/or quality of workmanship.
  • Maintain necessary records; work is subject to audited inspections.
  • HS Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of one to two (1-2) years of administrative or office experience.
  • Requirements include frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, grabbing, twisting, carrying, pushing and pulling.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40lbs.
  • Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S. This is not a position for which sponsorship will be provided. Individuals with temporary visas such as E, F-1, H-1, H-2, L, B, J, or TN or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, are not eligible for hire.

Responsibilities

  • Operate scanning equipment (e.g., flatbed scanners, high-volume document scanners) to capture images of documents, forms, photos, and records.
  • Prepare documents for scanning by removing staples, sorting by type/date, and batching for efficiency.
  • Review scanned images for clarity, completeness, and legibility; rescan as needed to meet quality standards.
  • Save and name files according to established naming conventions and upload to digital storage systems
  • Index and categorize digital files using metadata (e.g., date, client ID, document type) for easy retrieval.
  • Read and understand drawings, specifications, procedures, standards and instructions. Write inspection rejection reports in accordance with company procedures and maintain detailed inspection records using appropriate forms.
  • Make recommendations regarding quality and manufacturing improvements as needed.
  • Communicate with Manufacturing & Quality personnel and other disciplines as required in a timely and professional manner.
