Job Summary: Provide a full range of employee identification badge processing services in the hospitals Employee I.D. Center. Good customer service skills are necessary to include multi-level clerical and administrative support. Performs under general direction that requires creativity, and independent, discretionary judgment, and confidentiality to ensure that the needs of the internal and external customer are met. Reports to assigned supervisor, manager.

Requirements

High School diploma required
One-two year’s previous customer service and clerical experience
Basic computer skills with proficiency in the use of Microsoft and Data Entry software products and associated equipment
Some experience and understanding of security identification badge access creation to include various levels of security data access assignment
Good communications and customer service skills
Valid CT drivers license required
Travel will be necessary as presence needed at Orientation process
