About The Position

Creating and maintaining database and spreadsheet files. Invoicing and billing Researching, managing records, sending & receiving mail, and other office related tasks. Completing special projects as assigned. Displays commitment and initiative to meet department and agency education goals as set forth in the organization’s education program. This job has no supervisory responsibilities. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database Software; Human Resource systems; Internet software; Spreadsheet Software and Word Processing Software. Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be to obtain any certifications or training courses required by the organization’s education plan as it pertains to the position.
