Creating and maintaining database and spreadsheet files. Invoicing and billing Researching, managing records, sending & receiving mail, and other office related tasks. Completing special projects as assigned. Displays commitment and initiative to meet department and agency education goals as set forth in the organization’s education program. Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be to obtain any certifications or training courses required by the organization’s education plan as it pertains to the position.
