About The Position

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Associate to provide administrative and operational support to our team. This remote role is ideal for candidates based in or aligned with the San Jose, California time zone who are looking to build a career in administration.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or ongoing education preferred (not mandatory)
  • 0–1 year of administrative or office support experience
  • Basic proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • High attention to detail and reliability

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to management and team members
  • Manage emails, calendars, and meeting schedules
  • Prepare, update, and organize documents, reports, and spreadsheets
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate internal communications and follow-ups
  • Assist with basic operational, HR, or finance-related tasks as assigned
  • Handle routine inquiries and ensure timely responses
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
