About The Position

The Administrative Associate III Works under general supervision and provides complex administrative support work and will provide administrative support to the Infrastructure Training & Safety Institute (ITSI) Division. Duties include providing administrative support to include preparing files, maintaining records and documents, compiling, and verifying information using simple calculations and standard procedures. Inputs data into a tracking database or system. Processes documents or responds to requests for information from internal or external customers by phone or e-mail. Responsible for assisting with customer interactions and maintaining relationships with customers as well as maintaining a variety of fiscal and administrative records and may assist with monitoring/reporting of program expenditures. Performs general office tasks such as copying, mailing, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventory. This position handles multiple tasks while positively and professionally interacting with customers and staff at all levels. This position reports to the Program Director - EHS/OSHA.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Three years of related administrative experience.
  • Must have a valid motor vehicle operator’s license or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
  • Equivalency: Will consider an Associate’s Degree in a related field and one year of related administrative experience OR a Bachelor’s Degree related field with no prior experience.
