Daily public interaction is expected, so the applicant must demonstrate excellent telephone etiquette and consistently provide professional customer service. This position works out of the HATTERAS FERRY OPERATION and will work 7 days on – 7 days off. Possession of a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) issued by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is preferred.
