Responsibilities include compiling, reviewing, verifying, and recording data for records and reports; maintaining accurate files; and generating monthly analyses. The employee interacts daily with the public and must demonstrate excellent customer service and professional telephone etiquette. The role requires strong organizational, problem-solving, and mathematical skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently. Duties also include maintaining compliance with NCDOT workplace and safety policies and performing other tasks as assigned. This position operates on a 7 days on / 7 days off schedule. Possession of a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) issued by the TSA is preferred.
