This is a part-time, temporary position with an anticipated assignment duration of 30 to 60 days. The schedule and hours may vary based on business needs. This assignment may be extended or converted to a regular position at the Company’s discretion, based on performance and business needs. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, the Office Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations and overall organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This position combines administrative, operational, and customer service responsibilities, requiring exceptional discretion, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Key duties include monitoring and maintaining office supply inventory, answering incoming calls, and managing both electronic and paper records. By providing reliable support and fostering efficient workflows, the Office Administrator contributes directly to the company’s success.
