The administrative assistant will support LINX Project Managers and Operations with all administrative pieces of commercial network cabling projects and job completions. Requirements
- Minimum 2-year degree or equivalent work experience
- Excellent organization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends and make sound recommendations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Professional working proficiency in English
Responsibilities
- Set up of jobs including entry into Great Plains as well as initiation of job folder documentation
- Entry of approved change orders into Great Plains
- Working with Project Managers to ensure timely and accurate billing to minimize under-billings
- Creating invoices in Great Plains and pay applications as well as sending the billings to the customer and uploading into appropriate portals
- Coordinate Travel for employees working on out of state projects
- Per diem/check requests
- Expense Reports
- Label creation
- Supply ordering
- Prequals/Credit Applications
- Apply for city/state licenses when necessary
- Preparing submittal and closeout packages for Project Managers
