About The Position

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark is one of New Jersey’s largest non-profit social service agencies. We are currently seeking a Full Time Administrative Assistant for our Supportive Assistance for Individuals and Families (SAIF) program located in Newark, New Jersey. The SAIF program’s aim is to reduce dependency on welfare by promoting self-sufficiency for individuals who have received welfare benefits for more than 48 months.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required

Responsibilities

  • Regularly attend work in conformance with the schedule designated by the program manager.
  • Provide assistance to Program Manager with ordering supplies, creating intake folders, managing Health and Safety documents and all other documentation included in administrative duties.
