Requirements

  • Bachelor's preferred in communications, public relations, marketing, data analytics or related field.
  • Familiarity of federal communication requirements, including "Plain writing Act of 2010".
  • 5-8 years of administrative experience, ideally in a healthcare or social services setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support and maintain style guides that align with brand.
  • Draft and edit correspondence and official issuances for internal and external distribution.
  • Draft materials, review and edit agency policies, memos and other documents.
  • Develop and document SOPs.
  • Maintain and organize document libraries.
  • Accurately enter information into databases and tracking systems.
  • Exercise basic to intermediate formatting skills for reports and presentations.
  • Draft email responses and general correspondence.
  • Uphold confidentiality and sensitivity while handling all communications and documentation.
