Requirements

  • High School diploma/GED
  • 5 years of experience supporting leaders in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • 5 years of experience coordinating international & domestic travel for leaders
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
  • Strong communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Strategic thinking with flawless execution
  • Team-oriented mindset with a passion for excellence
  • This role is on-site Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Executive Partnership - Serve as the trusted right hand to a leader, managing complex calendars and prioritizing critical engagements
  • Global Coordination - Orchestrate seamless domestic and international travel and worldwide meetings
  • Strategic Communication - Handle high-level correspondence, presentations, and reports with discretion
  • Event Excellence - Plan and execute leadership meetings, employee celebrations, and strategic planning sessions
  • Organizational Leadership - Maintain SharePoint sites, organizational charts, and recognition programs
  • Proactive Problem-Solving - Anticipate needs and resolve challenges before they impact leadership
