Requirements

  • Education : 4 -year degree preferred.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in direct support, administration, or related fields.
  • Skills: Strong analytical thinking, communication, creative problem-solving, and organization.
  • Attention to Detail : Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Other Requirements: Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Person-Centered Direct Support : Assist individuals with daily living skills, recreation, community involvement, and progress toward personal goals.
  • Promote Independence : Support individuals in maintaining a safe and healthy environment while encouraging choice-making and self-advocacy.
  • Implement Support Plans with Care: Follow person-centered plans and behavior support strategies to promote consistency and positive outcomes.
  • Ensure Accurate & Timely Documentation: Complete daily service documentation that reflects quality support and compliance standards.
  • Strengthen Program Quality: Review documentation such as daily notes, goal tracking, and medication records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Support Compliance & Reporting Efforts: Assist with compiling data for reports, monitoring files for compliance, and supporting program evaluations.
  • Collaborate with Program Staff: Communicate with team members to provide follow-up support, corrections, and guidance related to documentation and compliance.
  • Provide Administrative & Operational Support : Assist with scheduling, data entry, and other administrative tasks that help programs run smoothly.
