About The Position

Superior is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our Technology Services team. This role plays a key part in keeping our projects, certifications, reporting, and administrative processes organized and on track. This role is based at our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.

Requirements

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in an administrative or support role
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Nice To Haves

  • You have familiarity with Google Workspace
  • You have experience in Technology Services or the construction industry

Responsibilities

  • Maintain department filing systems, and project documentation
  • Support the Department Executive with scheduling, meeting preparation, travel coordination, and stakeholder communication
  • Track professional licenses, continuing education, manufacturer certifications, renewals, partner programs, POS reporting, and related compliance requirements
  • Manage department operational tracking, including test equipment calibration, fleet coordination, jobsite tracking, and timekeeping
  • Assist with recruiting coordination, business development materials, bid packages, and contract documentation
  • Support job setup, budget uploads, expense reporting, and general administrative processes
  • Prepare polished documents, including agendas, meeting recaps, spreadsheets, and presentation decks
  • Provide administrative support to Project Managers and Field Operations staff in a collaborative team environment
