About The Position

Under supervision of the Director of Property Management, the Administrative Assistant provides administrative and secretarial support to the Property Management office and staff. This is a full-time position paying hourly based on experience!

Requirements

  • Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with staff, vendors and clients
  • Proven computer skills and experience in using applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook

Nice To Haves

  • Real estate or property management background preferred but not necessary

Responsibilities

  • Handles phones and greets clients
  • Creates files for tenants and landlords
  • Lead trax & rapid response
  • Submits various letters as needed
  • Orders office supplies for the department and handles all invoices
  • Processes applications
  • Verifies all documents and completed correctly
  • Run credit reports
  • Landlord and employment verification
  • Manages LAP and rental reports
  • Oversees the renewal process sending out notices for the landlord and tenants
  • Assists with filing as needed
