About The Position

Serve as the primary front desk point of contact for customers, greeting visitors and assisting with program check-in and general inquiries in a professional and welcoming manner. Collect and review documentation of customer participation in program activities to ensure compliance with program requirements and assigned participation hours. Enter and maintain accurate records of customer participation and activities in the program data tracking system. Ensure documentation of participation in program activities is collected and entered into the tracking system on at least a weekly basis for all customers. Work collaboratively with program staff to ensure customers are properly assigned to activities and remain engaged in required program participation. Follow up with program staff, worksites, and partner agencies to obtain missing documentation when necessary. Provide general front desk support including directing customers to appropriate staff, answering basic program questions, and assisting with client flow in the reception area.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years related clerical experience
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of office machinery and automation, including any applicable software packages
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers, and the public
