About The Position

Join our team at Missoula Bone & Joint and Surgery Center as an Administrative Assistant and play a key role in supporting daily operations with efficiency, organization, and professionalism. In this full-time position scheduled at 40 hours a week (7:00 AM–5:00 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, with Wednesdays off), you will assist the Director of Operations and CEO while also providing coverage for the Executive Assistant as needed. All candidates must reside in Montana. YOUR DAY AS AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT As an Administrative Assistant, you will support the CEO and Director of Operations by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing materials such as reports, physician meeting packets, and strategic planning binders. You will also provide coverage for the Executive Assistant as needed to ensure seamless executive support. Your day will include maintaining organizational documents, updating policies and employee resources, coordinating orientations and events, and supporting employee programs such as mentoring and recognition initiatives. You will also handle a variety of administrative and operational tasks, including invoicing, tracking schedules, managing accounts, and assisting with HR-related functions. With a strong focus on organization and attention to detail, you will balance multiple priorities while supporting daily operations, special projects, and leadership needs, all while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
