This individual will serve a key function in providing administrative support to the entire office. In this role, you will have the opportunity to partner closely with office leadership in completing projects that drive operational success.

Requirements

  • High School degree required; Bachelor’s degree a plus
  • 2+ years of Administrative Assistant experience, preferably within the Professional Services sector
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong sense of initiative and flexibility
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, multitasking, organizational and judgment capabilities
  • Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Schedules and coordinates meetings, events, interviews, annual performance review meetings, and appointments
  • Arranges complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries
  • Maintains individual, project and/or group calendar and assists office management in staying updated on daily priorities as assigned
  • Retrieves and distributes phone messages from voice mailbox and assists callers with inquiries
  • Provides administrative support with filing, photocopying, scanning and faxing; Composes timely responses to a variety of written inquiries and distributes mailings
  • Composes and edits plans, specs, reports, memorandums and correspondence; Prepares printed reports and other duplicated material
  • Maintains corporate contact lists, Outlook contacts, files, databases, records and other documents
  • Creates, edits and/or formats PowerPoint presentations, technical reports and proposals
  • Assists with timely submission of employee timesheets and expense reports
  • Acts as back-up for office services, IT, Marketing and HR to provide coverage when needed
  • Performs other duties as requested.
