About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support to
the office of the Vice President of Supply Chain Optimization Technologies
(SCOT) in Bellevue, WA.

In this role, you will work closely with the lead Executive Assistant to ensure
efficient office operations and administrative support for the VP and leadership
team.

The Supply Chain Optimization Technology (SCOT) manages inventory under
uncertainty of demand, pricing, promotions, supply, vendor lead times, and
product life cycle. We optimize tradeoffs among customer promise, Fast Track
in-stock, sourcing cost, transportation cost, holding cost, inventory
obsolescence, FC capacity, and FC location. In addition, SCOT automates and
optimizes Amazon's global supply chain for physical goods.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional or military experience
• 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience
• High school or equivalent
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Are 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Help manage complex calendar scheduling and meeting coordination for the VP when needed
• Process expense reports and handle travel arrangements
• Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the VP
• Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
• Assist with special projects and events as needed
• Support the lead Executive Assistant with administrative tasks
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
