We are looking for a self-driven individual with great problem solving and customer service skills for our Administrative Assistant role. The key purpose of this role will be to support the New York Market Intelligence (MI) office operations and local management team to ensure best experience for employees working in the office, employees visiting from other locations, or hosting client visits. Reports to Associate Director of Executive and Operations Support, America and EMEA. You will execute all required administrative and operational needs at 55W office to maximize business workflows. You will maintain best practices and industry standards to provide a leaner, consistent and reliable operational structure. You will work closely with Communication and People Teams, Management, Executive Assistants and other EOS team members.
