Receptionist / Administrative Assistant Responsibilities Vehicle Inventory maintenance Maintain filing system Data entry Responsible for welcoming customers with a warm and sincere greeting Ensures excellent service standards and maintains high customer satisfaction Answers phone call in a professional and courteous manner Transfers phone calls or take written messages when needed personnel not available Receives, sorts, and forward’s incoming mail Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc) Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and filing Shares cashier responsibilities and processes as required Assists in duties across both sales and service departments Follows company safety procedures and policies Provide general support to team members, and Management. Receptionist / Administrative Assistant Qualifications Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant Automotive Receptionist or Automotive Cashier experience is a plus Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task High School degree; additional qualification as an administrative assistant

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • High School degree; additional qualification as an administrative assistant

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive Receptionist or Automotive Cashier experience is a plus
