The Administrative Assistant is a highly-organized member of the Research team who provides critical operational and logistical support. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, and bring exceptional attention to detail.

Requirements

  • College degree required
  • 1-2 years of professional experience required
  • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Experience preparing presentations, reports, and business correspondence
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to multi-task, establish priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency and accountability
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build trusted relationships and maintain positive working relationships across the organization and external vendors/stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Provide scheduling and calendar management for the Research team
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings
  • Support operational budget tracking, invoice processing, and vendor onboarding
  • Assist with on-site day-of meetings/events execution
  • Perform various other administrative tasks
