About The Position

Provides administrative support to our CEO and Leadership Team of DolFinTech including high-level of secretarial support: · Schedules and organizes complex activities such as meetings, travel, conferences and department activities. · May performs desktop publishing. Creating and developing visual presentations for the CEO or other leadership members. · Organizes and prioritizes large volumes of information and calls: -Sorts, distributes and opens mail for the CEO. Drafts written responses or replies by phoneor e-mail when necessary and respond to regular occurring requests for information. -Answers email and telephone for CEO(s). Takes messages or fields/answers all routine and non-routine questions. · Act as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies, including high-level staff such as Investors, Presidents, Senior Vice Presidents and Chiefs. Handles confidential and non-routine information. · Works independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects. Acts as project manager for special projects, at the request of the CEO, which may include: planning and coordinating multiple presentations, disseminating information, coordinating direct mailings and creating brochures. · Types, designs and translating general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, etc. · Supports Financial Department in maintenance of the department finances. Activities include copying check requests & sending to Accounts Payable Travel reimbursement and documenting corporate credit card expenses to corporate finance

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant preferred.
  • Fully bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Knowledge of secretarial and office administrative procedures and standard office equipment (1–3+ years experience)
  • Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software
  • High-level interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations with tact and diplomacy
  • Analytical ability to gather and summarize data, solve administrative problems, and prioritize tasks
  • Strong attention to detail in composing, typing and meeting deadlines
  • Ability and initiative to work extra hours as projects and deadlines dictate
