Responsibilities

  • Create and format correspondence, reports, and presentations using advanced business software applications.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Maintain comprehensive files and records, ensuring data integrity.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and update multiple calendars and diaries.
  • Make travel arrangements and organize business trips for team members.
  • Process and track expense reports and budgets within designated guidelines.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies and equipment.
  • Assist in planning and organizing team events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Conduct initial research and summarize findings for various projects.
  • Implement and adhere to administrative procedures and policies.
