We are looking for a Customer Service/Community Manager to support current office users and inquiry from potential customers. This person will conduct office tours, explain product offering, pricing and handle membership signups and payments. Sort and process mail and packages into customers' accounts. Update activity logs, databases, and mailing lists. Maintain conference room booking calendar, restock supplies. Maintain a clean, comfortable workspace, including light duty cleaning of the workspace. The person will ideally rotate between 3 locations in the South Tampa area and 2 downtown locations. Office schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm or 10 am - 6pm. The person will be considered as a Part -Time employee as well.
