About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks while providing excellent support to staff and visitors.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
  • Professional demeanor and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
  • Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) and ensure records are up to date
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory
  • Assist with data entry, billing, invoicing, or basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics as needed
  • Greet visitors and provide general administrative support to staff
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned
