About The Position

Responsibilities Assist the Addison Avenue program with client support, including but not limited to inbound and outbound calls, account paperwork, account servicing, and issue resolution. Perform administrative functions related to CRM, including monitoring the Investment Services referral process, SLAs, Dashboards, and Reporting. Partner with Consumer Lending on Stock Secured loan collateral account opening, servicing, and maintenance. Maintain and organize files and records to comply with the requirements of all Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction (OSJ), and Insurance Agency (Agency) regulators. Essential Skills Minimum of 1 year experience in administrative support, call center, or retail branch with a focus on the delivery and/or the administration of insurance, investment products, and traditional credit union products. Ability to coordinate a variety of activities and projects simultaneously and prioritize work under tight deadlines. Proficiency in preparing reports and charts for presentation to clients or leaders. Proven ability to professionally handle sensitive documents. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Broad knowledge of credit union operations including functions, regulations, products, and services. Additional Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma required. Work Environment This is a hybrid role, with the possibility of working from home one day per week. The position requires flexibility to meet brokers at local branches in Beaverton and work from the corporate office. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Hillsboro, OR. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
