Description Primary Responsibilities Answer phones and greet guests in a professional manner Provide safety equipment for guests as needed Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Distribute and organize faxes and correspondence Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace Comply with all company, HSE, and quality policies and procedures Perform additional administrative duties as assigned Job Duties Support daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organization Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative tracking tasks Utilize standard office equipment and systems, including ERP tools Communicate effectively with internal teams and external visitors Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Demonstrate strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and customer service skills Adapt to changing priorities and assist across functions as needed Education and Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required Minimum of three years of verifiable work experience Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard office systems Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Customer service-oriented with a high level of professionalism Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change Experience with ERP systems preferred Veterans Welcome At NOV Fiberglass Systems, we value the dedication, discipline, and skills that military veterans bring to the workforce.
