About The Position

The Human Resources Administrative Assistant provides day-to-day administrative support for HR operations, employee records management, talent acquisition coordination, and general departmental activities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum 1–3 years of administrative experience; experience supporting a Human Resources function preferred
  • Working knowledge of core HR functions, including benefits, talent acquisition, compensation, and employee relations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business communication tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential and sensitive information appropriately
  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet fluctuating, time-sensitive deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills and follow-through in completing assigned work
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment

Responsibilities

  • Process check requests and purchase card transactions
  • Book travel arrangements and complete expense report support
  • Submit maintenance and facilities requests
  • Process material requisitions
  • Order lunches and coordinate logistics for meetings and events
  • Manage mail distribution, shipping, and overnight deliveries
  • Coordinate HR events and other department activities as needed
  • Maintain employee records in both physical and electronic formats in accordance with record retention policies
  • Order office supplies as needed
  • Provide administrative support for HR projects and ongoing department initiatives
  • Support administrative Talent Acquisition activities, including conference room scheduling and interview coordination
  • Perform other assigned administrative duties in support of the HR function
